With winemaking experience at Cosentino, Bouchaine and Viansa, Derek brings a vast amount of expertise to the winemaking process, from selecting the best grapes to vinifying them with constant care and attention. Derek's leadership ensures that, as far as winemaking goes, we'd follow him into a burning building.
